After their 33-20 loss to the California Golden Bears in Berkley over the weekend, the Weber State Wildcats dropped in both the STATS FCS and Coaches Poll.

In the STATS FCS Top 25 Poll, WSU fell from 25th to just outside the rankings with 313 votes. In the Coaches Poll, the Wildcats were bumped one spot from 20th to 21st.

The Wildcats led the Bears after three quarters of play Saturday evening, but were unable to capitalize on situations to tie the game or take the lead.

The remainder of the schedule for the Wildcats consists of all Big Sky teams, starting with a non-conference game against Sacramento State (1-1) on the road this Saturday at 7 p.m. MDT.
